Do I need a license to rent an electric bike?

In general, you don't need a license to rent an electric bike as long as you are at least 16 years of age and accompanied by an adult or 18 years of age.

How far can I travel on a single battery charge?

Our electric bikes have a range that can vary depending on several factors, such as the battery capacity, the terrain, and the level of pedal assistance. However, on average, you can travel between 40 to 70 kilometers on a single battery charge. Please keep in mind that if you use the highest level of assistance, the battery may drain faster, and you may not be able to travel as far. Additionally, if you plan to ride uphill or on rough terrain, the range may be reduced. We always recommend planning your route and taking these factors into account before starting your ride.

Do you offer delivery and pick-up services?

We offer free delivery and pickup services for our electric bikes within Prince Edward County. However, if you would like to have the bike delivered or picked up outside of that area, we charge $50 + tax for every hour of travel outside of Prince Edward County. Please note that we may not be able to deliver or pick up the bike from certain locations due to logistical constraints. What happens if the bike breaks down during my rental period?

At our rental bike company, we take pride in providing our customers with high-quality electric bikes that are regularly serviced and maintained. However, in the unlikely event that your bike malfunctions under normal operating conditions during your rental period, we will either drop off a new bike at your location or provide you with a full refund for the remaining rental period. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we will do everything we can to ensure that you have a positive rental experience. What is the minimum amount of bikes you can rent?

Yes, we offer delivery and pickup services for camera equipment and speakers within the Prince Edward County area free of charge. However, if your event location is outside of Prince Edward County, we charge an additional $50 + tax for every hour of travel outside of the area.

Can I rent the equipment for a longer period than just the wedding day?

Yes, you can rent camera equipment for multiple days. Simply add the additional days you need to the scheduling system on our website when you make your reservation. We offer flexible rental periods to accommodate your needs, and you can adjust the rental period as necessary. Please note that rental fees are charged on a daily basis, so the longer you rent the equipment, the more cost-effective the rental rate will be. What is the process for returning the equipment?

When returning the equipment after your event, you can either drop it off at our warehouse or we can arrange for pick-up at your event location. If you rent a camera we will provide the media on the memory card via USB thumb drive or a provided hard drive. Please note that you are responsible for the safe return of the camera equipment and any missing or damaged equipment will be charged to your account. What happens if the equipment doesn’t work while renting it?

We understand how important it is for your wedding day to go smoothly, and we take equipment malfunctions seriously. If the equipment stops working on your wedding day, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to troubleshoot the issue over the phone, and if necessary, we will arrange for a replacement or repair. If we determine that the equipment malfunctioned due to standard use and not from misuse or damage, we will issue a full refund to your account. Our goal is to make sure you have everything you need for your special day and that you are satisfied with the equipment and services we provide.
